The picture that I chose for my blog this week is one that I found in the 2008 edition of Graphis Design Annual. This logo particularly struck my fancy because, well, it is fancy. I am always thinking of new ways to draw the letters of the alphabet and adding twists to them in a way I have never seen. This appears to be the letter 'A' with an almost cursive take. Either that, or its a star with a weird loop and no closing point. This logo was done by Les Kerr Creative for Levenson & Hill. I would have guessed it was for some new-age bar with 'A' in the title. Turns out, the website for Levenson and Hill is really quite amazing. This logo is for a resort called The Austonian...you will have to just check this one out for yourself!
